On The Menu This Evening . . .

Tonight we have Winey Figs, Prosciutto, and Ricotta Crostini, and Ale-Simmered Chicken with Dried Plums. And of course, some of my favorite Lager.

Yum-O, Rachael! And look, no EVOO (that's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, just in case you didn't know, 'cause apparently none of us do)!!!
